Latex bodice, pigmented to appear as skin and encased laser cut, hand-linked chains

This was my art foundation final collection. Through this collection, I wanted to create a series of bodices that blurred the boundaries between the object and the body, working in tandem as an extension of the body - whilst also focusing on the torso. A lot of my own self-conception stems from the appearance of it, so I have manipulated this specific area by exploring the body boundary and seeing how it would directly affect how I perceive myself.
